No property is too big or too small. We clear houses, garages, lofts, sheds, office space, shops, pubs, industrial premises. We can deliver one item, or a full load, to anywhere drivable, England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland. Unbeatable rates, with no hidden fees. The costs will always be agreed prior to work starting. We work 7 days a week. We also offer a clean down service. We are licensed to carry and transfer waste by the Environment Agency. This is a legal obligation of any clearance operative/contractor. On the day of the clearance. We will meet you, or your representative, at the property at the time and date agreed. We can work with your solicitor or estate agent; we can pick keys up and don't require you to be at the property if you are unable to be there. Whatever is most convenient for you is convenient for us. We will ask you or your representatives to show us exactly what you would like done. Specifically to point out anything which you do not want clearing or removing from the property. The team will then set to work, and will empty the agreed part or whole house, including main and ancillary rooms and cellars, the cupboards, the loft, the shed, the garage. And if you have asked us, the carpets will be uplifted too. All furniture and contents will be removed and taken away for recycling or disposal, at the nearest licensed recycling centre. When the property is empty, we can sweep it, and leave it clear and tidy. When we've finished we ask you or your representatives to meet us at the property, to check that everything has been done to your satisfaction. What type of properties can we clear? Mansion, terrace or cottage, high rise or bungalow, deceased estates, probate, selling up, vermin infested, vandalised & squatted properties, we clear anything and everything including the rubbish if required. If you require any items large or small to be kept from the clearance for your own keeping we can transport them to a specified address (to be agreed at the time of costing the clearance). We can work with your solicitor or estate agent; we can pick keys up and don't require you to be at the property if you are unable to be there. Whatever is most convenient for you is good for us. If you are organising the move of a relative into residential care then there are a few other things that we can combine with the house clearance to make everything a little bit easier. Firstly there will be some personal items, and probably some smaller pieces of furniture, which you or your relative will want to take with them. We can deliver these to the new residence during the house clearance or on a different date. Secondly, there may be some family items which you wish to have delivered to either your address or another family member. We can do this for you; we can deliver anywhere drivable in the UK. Payment It is only when the job is done, that we ask for payment from you. You can pay by cheque (with guarantee card or with cash, and we will always give you a full invoice of our service. which in many instances you can forward to your solicitor for reimbursement. Removals and Deliveries Frequently, if you are organising the house clearance, there will be items that you wish to keep, and would like delivered to your own address. Again, this is a situation that we regularly come across, and we can incorporate this into the job for you. We can deliver one item, or a full house full, to anywhere drivable in England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland. To be agreed prior to job costing or on an individual basis once terms have been agreed. Our aims and Objectives We aim to provide a positive experience for our customers, sympathetically and efficiently. We aim to be environmentally aware and are licensed to carry and transfer waste by the Environment Agency. A copy of your jobs' waste transfer certificate can be included with the invoice for your records. We aim to recycle and dispose of items responsibly. We aim to use pro-recycle waste management centres & landfills and often send such things as furniture, bedding and clothing to charity centres and shelters. To provide a safe working environment for our staff & customers as far as is practicable and possible. We take our responsibilities for health and safety seriously and precautions & training are given to staff where necessary to promote competency in role.
