We work 7 days a week. We also offer a clean down service. We are licensed to carry and transfer waste by the Environment Agency. This is a legal obligation of any clearance operative/contractor. On the day of the clearance.We will meet you, or your representative, at the property at the time and date agreed.We can work with your solicitor or estate agent; we can pick keys up and don't require you to be at the property if you are unable to be there. Whatever is most convenient for you is convenient for us. We will ask you or your representatives to show us exactly what you would like done. Specifically to point out anything which you do not want clearing or removing from the property. The team will then set to work, and will empty the agreed part or whole house, including main and ancillary rooms and cellars, the cupboards, the loft, the shed, the garage. And if you have asked us, the carpets will be uplifted too. All furniture and contents will be removed and taken away for recycling or disposal, at the nearest licensed recycling centre. When the property is empty, we can sweep it, and leave it clear and tidy. When we've finished we ask you or your representatives to meet us at the property, to check that everything has been done to your satisfaction.
